Do you love working on your bike?

And don't compromise on the quality of the parts used? Well that's good because the entire range of our GRP panelling

parts consists of high quality materials.

The basis is the first top layer of ISO gel coat, which is mostly used in white because white is the best paint to paint over.
The approximately 0.6 mm thick layer that serves as the basis and later surface of the plastic parts consists of pre-accelerated ISO gel coat. This composition is found not only in
motorcycle tuning, but is also used in vehicle construction, tank construction, as well as ship and boat construction.
Once the basis has been created, emulsion-bound glass fibre mats with a thickness of roughly 300g to 450g are inserted. The special feature of this type of glass fibre mat is the emulsion, which allows precise formability of the workpieces and promotes impregnation.
Now the created workpiece is saturated with a 3-component polyester resin, which hardens very quickly at cooler temperatures. Base resin, cobalt accelerator and approx. 1-3 MEKP hardener.
In order to achieve a higher material thickness for certain tuning parts, several layers are freshly laid on top of each other. For the highest possible quality standard, individual layers of various ventilation rollers and small brushes are put into the mould and thus completely vented.
Glass fabric edge bands are attached to the relevant points for reinforcement. The edges are then trimmed during drying.
It's perfect shaping and the final work will take place after the part has fully cured.
Now the tuning part can finally be sent to racing fans all over the world.
